Tyto Athene is searching for a Project Manager that will be responsible for the integration of multiple control functions in supporting, planning, reporting, training, and directing program delivery teams and supplier oversight, while managing solutions exclusively to Federal Government client’s business on a fee-for-service or billable hours basis. Working closely with the Program Manager, the Project Manager is responsible for developing, deploying, and managing professional services solutions that exclusively support the Navy’s Regional Dispatch Center emergency services construct through AT&T’s 911-RMS platform.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to Program Manager;
- Provide independent office support assistance with emphasis on duties including typing, data entry, filing, phone reception, bookkeeping, processing forms, and maintaining supplies;
- May assist Program Manager with other project support duties, as tasked;
- Manage inventory quality and quantity control programs;
- Perform a variety of duties, including equipment shipping, receiving, delivery and turn-in/disposal;
- Monitor project deadlines and benchmarks and supports presentation of monthly progress;
- Prepare and present meeting notes, presentations, and tables utilizing Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and other programs;
- Verify accuracy and compliance with project requirements including bills/invoices, trip tickets, and expense reports, and processes items in a timely manner;
- Administer project closeout activities;
- Assist in preparation of client contracts and sub-contracts;
- Coordinate onsite customer support;
- Update accuracy of internal database information;
- Assist in maintaining project schedule;
- Map out annual training plans;
- Design and develop training programs;
- Select appropriate training methods or activities (e.g., simulations, mentoring, on-the-job training, professional development classes);
- Conduct organization-wide training needs assessment and identify skills or knowledge gaps that need to be addressed;
- Use known education principles and stay up-to-date on new training methods and techniques;
- Design, prepare, and order educational aids and materials;
- Assess instructional effectiveness and determine the impact of training on employee skills;
- Gather feedback from trainees after each educational session;
- Partner with internal/external stakeholders and liaise with experts regarding instructional design;
- Maintain updated curriculum database and training records
Required:
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills;
- Superior written and oral communication skills, including interpersonal skills;
- Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Project and Word;
- Experience in working with multi-disciplinary teams of business and technical managers;
- Experience in working within Government Public Safety 911 Segment;
- Public speaking experience; ability to present on topics at customer meetings or industry events.

- 5+ years’ experience with either xT911 or Guardian dispatch software in training and operational environments;

- Analytical and strategic thinking.;
